Mask MUST be worn at all times during service.
If you are experiencing any symptoms related to Covid-19, are sick or you have been exposed to Covid-19...
Please DO NOT BOOK until you have quarantined the RECOMMENDED amount of time and/or have tested negative for the virus.

If you arrive WITHOUT a mask and REFUSE to wear one, your appointment will be CANCELLED and you will not be refunded your deposit.
Deposits
There is a $25.00 Non-Refundable deposit that is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The deposit will go towards the total of the service.
The deposit can be transferred only ONE time if you need to reschedule.
Please reschedule 24 - 48 hours in advanced.
Same day cancellations/reschedules deposits will not be transferred and to book again a new deposit will be required.
The only time the deposit will be refunded is if I am at fault.
APPOINTMENTS
If you would like to book before/after hours or on my off days, please contact me directly. There is a fee of $30(after/before hours) $50(off days) added to the price of the service you are wanting.
Shampoo is included with all services, except knotless braids. Please arrive taken down and detangled from previous style. Detangle fee of $25 will be added if detangle takes more than a normal time.
For Knotless Braids a shampoo is not included, clients must arrive freshly Shampooed, blown dry and detangled.
Please do not add products to your hair.
Clients hair must be 3-4 inches or longer all over for all braid styles.
If you are not sure about the length of your hair please feel free to text or DM me on my social media pages before booking.
Hair is provided for braid services (except Crochet).
For styles that hair is not included please get the exact hair that I recommend. If you can not find the hair please contact me so we can discuss a different option. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.

For styles that include hair, after booking please leave a COMMENT when checking out of the color hair that you are desiring. Failure to do so will result in the color "1b" being the color used or a canceled appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
If you book a service where hair is provided and you desire to bring your own the price will still be the same. If a shampoo is included in the style and you wish to come shampoo'd, the price is still the same as listed.
I do not service children under the age of 12.
Only ONE person is allowed at the appointment. (Client only) Parent or guardian may stay with children.
Service times are approximations and may take less or more time.
It is subject to change depending on clients thickness and head size.
LATE POLICY
It is recommended that you show up to your appointment on time. I know that things come up so there is a 10-MINUTE grace period.
If you think you will be more than 10 Minutes late please contact me.

After 10-MINUTES you will be charged a $10.00 late fee.
After 20-MINUTES you will be charged a $20.00 late fee.
After 30-MINUTES, if i am still able to service you, you will be charged a $40.00 late fee. Also if you desire to reschedule after being 30-MINUTES late there is still a $40 late fee that is to be paid at reschedule.

If you are THIRTY minutes or more late it is possible that your appointment will be canceled due to appointments booked after yours.
Again please text if you are expecting to be late.
PAYMENTS
The remainder payment is to be paid in the form of Cash, Zelle, or Debit/Credit card(+4.5% fee)
If you choose to pay cash, unless you desire to leave a tip please bring exact cash.
